169-Point Inspection
This inspection, done prior to delivery, covers numerous areas of the vehicle, including the vehicle history (ex. ensuring that the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on vehicle and paperwork match); vehicle exterior (ex. deployable running boards operate, free from damage); vehicle interior (ex. airbags intact, no codes, dash light works); vehicle diagnostics (ex. perform Self Test for all CMDTC); convenience (ex. HomeLink buttons cleared); road test (ex. engine accelerates and cruises smoothly); underhood (ex. radiator, inspect for leaks, condition of tubes, fins); underbody (ex. no visible damage to frame, signs of past repairs, no visible abnormal tire wear); and hybrid, if available (ex. hybrid cooling system for leaks, check level and condition). Any parts that do not meet the standards of our 169-Point Inspection are replaced or repaired.
Extensive Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is good for 6 years or 100,000 miles, comes with a deductible of only $100, and includes repair or replacement of covered components. Including parts as well as labor, it covers a wide variety of parts included in the engine, transmission, and either front-wheel or rear-wheel drive, whichever your vehicle has.
Comprehensive Warranty
Good for 3 months or 3,000 miles, this fully transferable warranty with a deductible of only $100 covers more than 500 components in the vehicle. These covered systems include the engine, transmission, rear-wheel or front-wheel drive, air conditioning and heating, brakes, steering, electrical, front suspension, high-tech (hybrid, SYNC, etc.), audio, emissions, and safety. This warranty is good at any Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury dealer in all 50 states and Canada.
Vehicle History Report
This benefit is included as part of the 169-Point Inspection. This inspection includes check for flood vehicles, fire damage, frame damage, salvage vehicles, branded title, odometer issues, accident history, and vehicle title history.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance
Included in the powertrain limited warranty coverage, the 24/7/365 Roadside Assistance is good for 6 years or 100,000 miles and is available in all 50 states and Canada. This service will give you assistance with your transmission, mount your spare tire for you, jump start your dead battery, bring you gas if you run out, unlock your vehicle if you get locked out, and give you up to $100 towards towing your vehicle to the nearest Ford dealer. Also included is up to $500 in travel expense reimbursement, up to $75 in destination expense assistance, and up to $36 a day for rental car reimbursement.
